Let discover all our ranges of soft prunes and pitted prunes in varied and original presentations. The prune can be tasted as dry fruit (very energetic), or stewed. They are incorporated whole or of pieces in sauces, cakes (“clafoutis”, “far Breton”, biscuits, muffins, puddings...), cream cheese. Also eaten with aperitif, surrounded with a rasher, (pricked using olivepicks) and baked. The prunes are also delicious with rabbit, pork, poultry and game. The prune is often cooked with lamb in the Middle East and Iran (tajine for example).
